Thanks for this short yet very helpful class! I design and sell card sets and was having issues with photographing them. Top photo was confusing as the background was too distracting and bright. So then I tried on a simple background with simple props using my DSLR camera, middle photo.  I think my white balance was off and/ or they were underexposed. But I had already shot lots of views of these cards, so following your layer adjustment levels examples I was able to get the photo brighter and less blue. Not perfect but much much better. Thank you!
