Sketching Birds: Practice Quick And Loose Drawing With Graphite Pencil

Lovely! Thanks for sharing these Susan - you're the first so it's nice to see how they've come out. They look great and the only thing I'd add to finish these is a quick soft layer of shading to show some shadow on the underside of the bellies to create a bit more 3D roundness. You could add some shadow to the 'ground' too if you wanted to or leave the surrounding paper white.You've got good character in these drawings and lovely loose mark-making, which is the goal of this class so well done!Emily
