We were bought out last year by a large company.
In the past, our work environment was marred by toxicity and gossip. Employees often felt disempowered, making it impossible to foster creativity and collaboration. Recognizing the need for change, our transition to the new company umbrella presented us with an opportunity to break free from these detrimental habits and cultivate a culture aligned with their core values.
It has not been without its challenges, but we are committed to this transformative process. We will be introducing enrichment meetings, which we believe will play a pivotal role in nurturing a healthier culture. These meetings serve as a platform for open dialogue, where we discuss forthcoming changes, our shared vision, and our core values. More importantly, they provide a space for our valued employees to voice their concerns and issues and get answers to their questions.
