Melinda’s step-by-step instructions are so easy to follow along with. I enjoyed the class but am really not happy with my first attempt. I think it looks overworked and a tad unnatural (i.e., tree shape), but I did learn from it and will try it more times. I posted it because I think it’s important to show even the not so good ones and because this is about learning. I used arches 140 lb, 100% cotton taped down, but I still have a lot of warping. However, this paper is fantastic because when I went to lift out the mountain peaks—it worked like a charm and I had plenty of time to do it. Gotta love that! Thanks Melinda for all of these teaching moments.
