What are the activities that nourish and restore me?

1. Practicing Flexible Yoga and Spiritual Meditation

For me, I like to do yoga because it gives me the freedom to just move my body around and exercise flexibly without too much pain and suffering, unlike when I start lifting heavy weights in the gym, for example. I practice yoga almost on a daily basis, and I feel so calm, and my mind is all emptied of negative thoughts when I practice yoga regularly and meditate for a short amount of time before going to bed.

2. Reading books on self-help

Books were always there for me whenever I needed to learn something new every day, and I have applied so many useful productivity lessons from most of the books that I have read in the past, so you get to learn so much about important life and business lessons that you just don't even learn from school. I think everyone should read at least a single book a day, whether it is fiction or not. I usually read around 1-3 books a day, with a fantasy fiction book before bedtime like "Harry Potter."

3. Playing video games for increased dopamine boost

I've been playing video games for a long time now, and I usually like to play games that involve solving a difficult level, whether the game is violent or not, because I love the adrenaline rush that you would experience whenever you are trying to complete any challenging area in a particular game that is just so hard to go through while feeling entertained at the same time. Gaming has always been one of my all-time favorite hobbies, and even the dopamine boost is still there after I am done playing for a short period of time. Being a long-time gamer made me increase my cognitive abilities to solve puzzles quickly and sharpen my hand-eye coordination and reflexes so much.
