For week 1 I got "birthday  animals", so I created a Fox Party mini collection. I had so much fun and think it's such a create idea to grow your portfolio by creating themed mini collections.

Here is my submission for week 1:

For week 2 I got "Thinking of you Birds" so I created a thinking of you greeting card, paired with a hero print and 2 coordinates. Loving creating mini collections for this bootcamp!

Here is my submission for week 2:

For week 3 I got "Congratulations Insects " and I immediately thought of creating a collection of patterns for little boys! This is my first collection for boys and I had so much fun!

For week 4 I got "Christening  Sky" so I created a pattern with cute and sweet stars, sun, clouds, moon... I thought I could become a greeting card, and also other giftware items such as a gift wrapping paper.

For week 5 I got "Trees New baby" so I had the idea of creating mom and dad elephants with their little baby elephant, under trees... I still have other elements I drew that I plan on using for creating a hero print for this collection, but for now I created a greeting card design and two coordinating patterns. 

Here is my submission for week 5:

For week 6 I got "Thank you mermaids" so I created this cute mermaid pattern, thinking of little girls, maybe a thank you for attending their birthday party?! :P I really enjoyed this pattern design bootcamp and I want to try to continue with new prompts over the next few weeks! I found it so valuable to create mini collections with occasions in mind :) Thanks again Mel!
