Right now I have gathered all of my local competitor's logos and am trying to analyze them! 

I also ran their websites through the word cloud and was super surprised at the results! I will post those updates later!

Lots of sans-serif fonts! I feel like I am noticing a lot of simple fonts paired with strong branding colors. 

More than 1 kind of font in the logo (additional fonts)

Warm vs. cool colors (some of you may disagree on some of these colors with me) Lots of bold colors and even some of the cool colors are warmer shades. Lots of blue and reds. 

Here is my current color palette. I may need to make some considerations. 

Imagery from the mobile view on the homepage for tier websites. 

Not all fit on one page well so ones with less color. 

Focussing on the stronger brands visually I added in my homepage just to see
