Loose watercolor techniques made easy: a fun whale and ocean scene

<p>This is WONDERFULLY done Sigrid! I am so proud of you! The slightly darker blue (perhaps its an indigo you used?) works SO well and really helps to create a moody scene. Beautiful job on being loose and letting the watercolour do the work - you've achieved some lovely watermarks in there and it really helps to create that effortless look! Great tonal range too (darks and lights). I wouldn't change a thing in this piece. Well done! And thanks for the lovely review. I'm glad you like my accent Anne x</p>

Thanks so much for your feedback! Yes, I used mostly Indigo. For me, it`s quite a challenge to trust the flow of the watercolours... And usually, my pictures end up really pale because I`m afraid to use too much paint. So I`m pleasantly suprised by this outcome!
