I'm flattered by your comment Amarilys, even though I have been drawing and painting for a long time, water colours still confound me but I love it. always up for learning something new.

Day three: It's all about summer! Our apricot and mulberry tree are bursting with fruit..so after my morning chores I headed into the studio with my fruity models and made few watercolour illustrations before I weakened and ate them.
I had a little play with the mulberries in photoshop..making a pattern..an idea for a later project..perhaps?
As for the popsicles..I was wanting to give it a go for a while now..too much fun!

Day One: A series of charming woodland trees..I found this a lovely simple way to control your brush strokes and have fun with a minimal colour pallet.
