I really liked the class! On a daily basis, I paint in a much more "controlled" style, detailed and striving for realism. That's why the most difficult part, and at the same time the most invigorating, was letting go of control and trusting your own brush ;) But it was really hard for me not to improve and correct every detail.

But overall I love the end effect and I feel like I've learned a lot!

During this class I've painted a few peonies, trying different types of watercolour paper.

I have the impression that during the exercises I managed to paint much looser than when painting the final project...
