Watercolor Dessert | Getting Confident with Semi Realistic Style

Hi A, this is so lovely. Thank you for letting me teach you.From the soft background to the textured fruits and cupcake to the proper placement of shadows, great job on applying what you learned in this class.I am curious, what colors did you pick to paint this? The dessert looks lively and edible. I'm craving for some as I am typing this.Your passion for this medium shows on your works :) Glad you enjoyed the class and hope to hear what's your favorite part of the class and what do you think can be improved via a class review.Hope to see more of your artworks. Thank you for your kind words, and the time you take to create these classes, it means a lot! ^^ These classes are my favorite part of the day. I didn’t mix these colors, except for the shadow color (cobalt blue with quinacridone rose), instead I used a mix of Winsor&amp;Newton Cotman pans (raw sienna) and Daniel Smith tubes (quinacridone gold, perylene red and permanent green light for the toppings, manganese blue hue for the background and neutral tint for the seeds, if I remember correctly). I did also add some white gouache on top of the dessert since I didn’t leave enough white visible to begin with. :)  I will definitely leave a review later too, now that I finally found where you can do that, lol. It didn’t automatically show up on my mobile, I only saw lessons, about and project tabs, didn’t realize you can move that bar to get more tabs until now that I’m using a tablet, sigh… Got a lot of reviews to write on my to-do list!  Anyway, thanks again! :)
