Wishful thinking that summertime will soon be here - and that means Ice creams with sprinkles!

Popped over to vecteezy and found this pack http://www.vecteezy.com/vector-art/107442-free-flat-ice-cream-truck-vector-illustration.

I was able to open the eps file in Affinity Photo and manipulated the assets as needed. Added a few dots and used the affine tool to create an offset pattern.

As I've still got PSE installed - I then opened that up and completed the task using the  Layer - new fill layer - pattern and created the full pattern with that - Affinity Photo doesn't appear to have that function yet - but if it does - I haven't found it.
