I chose an animal that lacks both feathers and fur, so it was a bit of a challenge. To cutify a big brown blob, I increased the size of the head, increased the width of the tusks, and gave it a head tilt. I'm working with CS5 and am not well practiced at using texture brushes this way. I really enjoyed this technique and will continue to practice.
