Took me a little while since I originally watched the class.  Here's my final project for review.  I will say, I struggle with frosting getting too thin because of the warmth from my hands as I am piping.  I need to stop and just put the bag in the fridge for a few minutes.  Or, if you have any tips about that subject, I would love to hear them.  Thanks, Susan
