I am still very much a beginner and am only practicing on friends and their pets for free. I have a friend who had a farm and a lot of pets. I thought practicing on her two big fluffy white dogs would be a good way to work on adjusting exposure. What I didn’t expect were my practice shots to end up being some of the last photos of their senior dog. It’s not by any means the best photo (white dogs in sunlight are hard for a newbie) but it is incredibly special to have for their family.
