UPDATED Monochromatic Project 

i experimented with Tamas' suggestions for my Complementary Colors project (which I'm yet to update). So here is a new version for this project. Thank you, Tamas - you are an excellent teacher and are helping me grow skills and confidence. I look forward to your observations and tips for this Medieval Mansion in the Mojave Desert. I'm including the original photo along with my own process. The sky is uneven, as it buckled since I did not use watercolor paper - only a sketchbook

 

I'm beginning Tamas' Color Harmony series. 

I am getting a much needed refresher of what I'd taken in classes many years ago. I put my art studies on hold for too long, and now it's necessary to go back to the basics. Thank you, Tamas. These are very helpful!
