I fell in love with Michael Sheen's work last years, and I was able to meet him in a theater. I also engage with the fan group.

And there is something about this person that amazes everyone.

 

He truly cares. When you speak with him, he truly looks at you, he focuses completely on what you said.

 

It makes people emotional and wondering how he does that and how do we do that too.

 

And the first advice of the video : looking at the person's face is something he does until hyperfocus.

 

So it's something I'm gonna keep in my pocket. Even though I am autistic and with ADHD, while having friends with the same configuration so looking the face / the eyes may be more challenging, but I'm gonna think about it.

 

The other advice I'm gonna keep in my pocket is the hobby question because there is always this moment in small talk when we say "eh what do you do in your life" and it makes the conversation "less". Like it could steal the fuel. So hobby question to give more fuel and make it more interesting.
