This is a trifold brochure for a real estate company which sells smart homes at affordable rates. Project Details:

1. Used Dark Grey as a base color add an air of sophistication.
2. Mint Green & White for Text and some Graphical Elements.
3. Also used darker shades of green at times to add a bit of variation.
4. Saturated the photos so that they stand out and add a bit of warmth.
