This was so much fun - I love the idea of starting with my tools and location. I am starting at home as I haven't a trip planned for a bit but here is to a start!

Tomorrow I will wander around and do a second page to anchor this journal well -- maybe the dunes or the ice cream shop?

Second spread of my hometown, mostly on the beach. 

I love the process of sketching with my pencil and then detailing with my fine liner or fountain pen. This is the relaxing part for me. 

 Now for the fun part of coloring it in. 

 I hope you enjoyed my little tour of Ocean Shores, there is so many more places that are note worthy like the Jetty, and Sharkies, the deer and other wildlife, I may need one more spread before I ma done with this project...
