Ohhh I love it Denise! Reminds me of that time a rainbow landed exactly on our car. I was a bit bummed that I didn't find my pot of gold, but it sure made a great photo haha! I love all the texture. :)

Thanks Jerney! It's fun to get out the craft supplies and just play. I also have a photo of a rainbow landing on our airstream trailer while camping.  I tried to recreate it  in pastels but it never captured the colors. This inspires me to rework it in mixed media.

It is! Playing is so important. We always stumble on little things we love and can incorporate them in our process. :) Ohh awesome! Yes it's hard to make that work. Pastels tend to show up a little dull. Maybe conté crayons would be better? Or even oil pastels!

Very pretty Denise. Question as I dont collage much!. Do you just make copy papers in various solid color and keep them on hand?  Are these water color or acrylic? Thanks!

Thanks Carmen! Mostly these are just leftover papers from various experiments I've done over the years, both watercolor and acrylic.

This project was a great way to use my colorful paper scraps to create something fun for St. Patricks Day.  I was a little slow getting this started but it went together fast.
