This is my Daily Balance Page

I used this page to gently list what I need to do today while also making space for myself. Keeping the tasks simple helped me feel less overwhelmed and more grounded.

I really like having personal time written alongside responsibilities. It reminds me that balance is not about doing everything, but about caring for my energy too.

The note at the end helps me be kind to myself and focus on what is possible today. This practice feels supportive, realistic, and calming.
