Here is an example project from my best-selling calendar called Things of the Season. I think this calendar has done so well because it's such an all-encompassing theme.

Even if someone does not like some of the elements on the page, they're bound to like a few of them. Feel free to use this type of theme for your calendar and illustrate seasonal elements on every month.
