Good for you! Remember to proceed a bit at a time and not see setbacks as "failures". They are just part of the cycle. Becoming more self-organized and productive has been a journey for me since my 20's. That is several decades now! Keep trying new things and reading about what works for others. Keeping a written planner allows you the small reinforcement of checking things off as you do them, and can help keep you focused. Celebrate your successes and build the positive habits as you can. I think I struggle the most with being the plane. I have systems in place, everything on my calendar, reminders set, etc but I have a hard time sticking to them. I'd really like to get to a point where I stick with the realistic systems/habits I have decided to use

I encourage u to have a notebook dedicated to your daily tasks. Each paper represents a day with the date on top of it. When u are done with a task &gt;&gt; Cross it out At the end of the year, u will have a notebook of your own achievement and u will be pretty proud.

My struggle is similiar. Not taking the time in pilot mode to put together a plan, then feeling like I am chasing tasks all day every day. Looking forward to this course! Thanks.
