I was super excited to run across this class! I have been using my bread machine to make bread but wanted to find a new way to make smaller loafs so it would go to waste. I made rosemary garlic knots and a small loaf of just pain bread, they are wonderful! I also ordered your cookbook and I can't wait! Thanks for posting!
