Hey Everyone, this is Ken, your teacher.

I wanted to upload  a quick screenshot of my class project. I built my menu in Google docs. The name The Flying Burrito makes it obvious that we serve Burritos at our truck. The Flying part of the name implies movement which is in keeping with the mobile aspects of a food truck business. 

As mentioned in the class, I kept my menu very basic. I  have 3 varieties of burritos plus sides and drinks. As time goes by and I see what my customers want, I can tweak and add to my nenu.
