The Comfort List

Silly though it might sound, I like to draw the things I like. I've always found drawing more fun if you have an affection for what you're making. Which is probably why I draw a lot of food. And booze.

I decided to make a list of items that comfort me. While it's mostly food, you obviously don't eat cats or red lipstick after a bad day. I had fun coming up with a mixture of items that gave me that comfort food feeling. 

I'm planning to make this into a two-color or three-color screen print soon, so stay posted for that!

I finished up my prints of this today! Didn't end up with pink paper, but I am happy with how the texture printed through the screen.
