For the second exercise, use the same line again "Here's your spaghetti, do you want any garlic bread with that." But THIS time imagine the other person's objective too. Be aware of what they want and let it change you. Do they look scared of you? Then how do you approach them? Think about what they want as well as what you want. The "Car Keys" line is for the third exercise, exploring Tactics :).  I hope these help!

1) I want to share my happiness -  Fun! Totally felt it. Great.  "Sharing" your happiness is a great objective because really involves the other person.  You could add a moment of looking at the first: DO they need this? Do they look sad or down? Try to see the other person in your mind.  2) Great change, being confused. But why are you confused?  Maybe try to be confused wiht your attention on the customer. Did you have something specific in your mind that you were looking at?  Here is why I ask: IF we look out a window and act like we are confused by what we are seeing, it won't be as real. Becasue there is usually SOMETHING confusing us. So what is it? Are you seeing a man standing on his head ont he sidewalk and you are confused by that? Are you seeing a cow running down the street and you are confused by that?  You need to choose SOMETHING to look at first, si when you are confused, you ALSO have a reaction to what you are seeing. Confusion always comes with some other underlying reaction what we are being confused by.  :) 3) Get through the day - Great! Very natural. :) You could try changing the way you ask for the garlic bread so it sounds different from the other takes. Could you "sigh" (exhale) on the line like you are so bored with asking that question? Like you have asked it SO MANY times today already? Try that to take it even a little further.  All your next ones have great variety! (I really enjoyed your "funny" one lol to make it up to the customer). I felt like most of the time you were seeing a customer in your. mind and talking to an invisible person you believe is there. Here are a couple of tips to take it further: 1) Look OFF CAMERA. This way you won't be distracted by your own video or by looking at your phone lens. 2) Even though you are asking if they want the bread, see if you can change the way you say the question each time.  Questions can be asked in many ways and how you feel will change what you emphasize! About the third we should record using the different tactis using the “car key” sentence? What about the second prodject? Thanks a lot I had so much fun and it was super useful.
