Teeny tiny

One of my daughters has just had her ears pierced on the weekend, these are for her so I made them from a tiny fiddly 5mm length of wire. They were super fiddly to hold but I am very pleased with these earrings, the picture isn't great I'll try and upload another later in the week. They are super wearable at this length (I'm not a fan of large or dangly earrings but love making them). Joanne's class goes through every stage clearly and she is such a great teacher, thank you.

Edited to add, I made this pendent yesterday using Joanne's drilling a tiny hole technique to solder some wire to the cup piece for the half drilled pearl to sit in. This piece is sort of a mash up between the hanging garnet stone set earrings and the dressed up stacking rings and these beech earrings. The base looked too perfect (does that make sense) so I randomly cut little pieces from it and I love how it kind of looks a little tatty and lily pad-ish. I also used some patina type drops to make the cup darker, it came with a silver clay kit and I'm not sure its the best so I will get some actual liver of sulpher, the contrast between the darker patina and the pearl seems to make the pearl stand out much better to me.
