I used a black formica background as the background surface. I used a fluorescent bank light that I showed in class with a 216 white Lee filter. I lit the helmet from the left keeping the light pretty close into the helmet with the filter even closer. On the right side I added a white fill card to add light upon the face guard. I had to be careful not to add too much fill or the white card would be seen on the black surface so I layed down black felt to the surface to block the card light from going on the surface.
