The box on the left has built in compartments that are open to the top so you can see what's inside. I'm pretty sure it's for embroidery floss, but I use it to store seed beads.

The round containers to the right are plastic and each piece can be screwed into the piece below it. If you take off the lid, you can stack them indefinitely and securely. The box on the right is for googly eyes and is just a small clear container with a secure lid.

All of these are small enough that I store them together in a larger, clear plastic container. Everything is both separate and sorted, but all together so I can find it easily!
