I often buy my craft-ready gourds from Meadowbrooke Gourds in Pennsylvania, US, or from Wellburn Gourd Farms in California, US.  I know many others look for gourds on Ebay or other online venues.

If you live in a country that does not allow you to import gourds, remember that wood crafts will apply as an excellent ground in this class.  In fact, I will paint a wooden birdhouse as part of a joint Klimt Matisse workshop for Skillshare.
