Fantastic, tell him to stop eating my tulip bulbs. I have one suggestion (actually three but all related to the "dark side") add more specular highlights to his left eye, add some faint detail to the concha of the left ear, and a hint of a mouth in shadow. Again it is far better than anything this hand creates and I submit this is just my observation and is not necessarily true or valid.

Nelson - thanks so much for the thoughtful and truly helpful comment/critique. This kind of feedback is honestly the best - I am constantly trying to improve my work and techniques. I'll go back to a digital version of this ink drawing and try out a few things. Thanks!
