Sourdough hamburger rolls

I found the dough to be a bit stickier than I expected when shaping. However, a spray of oil on my hands got me through the stickiness.
I used the egg/milk wash to hold on a few different toppings (sesame seeds, everything but the bagel and dehydrated onion). Since the original recipe was for a very large burger, I pulled the size back a little making 22 burgers from 4 batches instead of 16.
They held up great at an outdoor cookout and were well received.
