After a long period of sickness - or maybe it just felt long (2 Weeks :)) - I started getting back to painting today and thought this project would be nice to start with...and I was right :) It was very calming and satisfying. I chose blue instead of green, because I wanted to it lo look wintery.

I put some waterdots on the background to create a little bit more interest and afterwards cut some tags with my big shot.

Instead of handlettering I tried some stamps and I really like the outcome. (The german sentiments mean: For the birthdaychild, I like you and: Enjoy the day)
