What a great class Brigitte~trying to do more acrylics this year and this was a perfect class for me.  Haven't painted with a palette knife since I dabbled in oils many moons ago so that was fun!  Learning how to paint the sun and rays was new to me, and each class I take I am learning more about layering acrylics. They are so different from watercolor.  I didn't have cerulean but mixed turquoise with ultramarine to achieve that nice blue hue.
