Hayley's class was very helpful to me painting a mini snowglobe 4 x 4 inch painting for a holiday challenge I have set myself to do #12minipaintingsofchristmas 

I had already painted a dark background before starting so used that but I do want to try Hayley's way of doing the sky.

I liked the moustache / smile technique for the tree it really made it easy to paint the tree.

I have only started using acrylics again recently and am having trouble with blending smoothly and needing to do 2 or 3 coats for coverage. My paints are drying very quickly. It is summer here where I live.

I tried a few additives but they haven't helped too much maybe the mix of a variety of craft and other acrylic paints I am using. But its fun to have a go.
