A little mixed media here.  I didn't like how the gouache was going on in the background, so I tried using watercolor.  Went back to gouache and called it good.  I'm not sure if I like the background, I will need to walk away for a few days and come back.  Until I started painting with acrylics a little more, I never realized how different acrylic & gouache are.  It was nice that they didn't dry so fast so I could work with my color combos longer.  I really enjoy the classes you offer Shavni, you give so much extra information that can be used for any artwork.  Thank you for recommending that I give this class a try.  It was really fun from start to finish :)
