When I'm painting, I always worry about making it realistic.  If it's not realistic it's not a good painting. However I realized that a simple painting can also be quite beautiful. 

 My learnings from this class are:

1) Pick the elements from a reference that I want to include in my painting. To simplify what I see. 

2) Explore color mixing.

3) Painting grass and flowers is my favorite thing
