Materials: 

• Holbein Gouache in Flame Red, Primary Cyan, and Primary White
• Etchr Hot Press B5 sketchbook

I'm really happy with how my spread of gouache animals turned out. I seem to never tire of pink and red together!

I like the neat layout of animal shapes, their red pops of cheeks and details, and the various textures and patterns each animal has.

I think if I could improve something for next time it would be:

• My kangaroo face looks a little mousy; I wonder if making his snout shorter and keeping his features closer together would look better to me
• Using more watery/flowy paint for the base layer for more contrast in texture
• It's okay my bird ended up looking a little worried, but I would love to try making a non-stressed bird too lol

I also kind of want to turn the bun into a sticker :)
