This project focuses on the practical application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve the online visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic performance of Hunger Inc Hospitality, a Mumbai-based restaurant group. The objective of this project was to implement a structured SEO strategy covering audit analysis, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, off-page backlink development, and performance monitoring.

The project began with a comprehensive SEO audit to identify technical and content-related gaps affecting search performance. Based on the findings, targeted keyword research was conducted to align the website’s content with high-intent search queries relevant to the hospitality and fine dining industry in Mumbai.

On-page SEO enhancements were implemented by optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, header structures, internal linking, and image alt text. Technical SEO improvements were introduced to enhance website speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexing efficiency. An XML sitemap was created and structured data markup was incorporated to improve search engine understanding of the website content.

A strategic off-page SEO plan was developed to increase domain authority through backlink acquisition and digital outreach initiatives. Finally, SEO performance was monitored over a simulated three-month campaign period using analytics metrics such as organic sessions, bounce rate, keyword rankings, and referring domains to measure impact.

The results demonstrate how a systematic and data-driven SEO approach can significantly improve search visibility, user engagement, and overall digital performance.
