Well, I had three takeaways from your class. First, keep the "bigger picture" next to your daily plans. Second, be emotional but have a place to put your emotions so that you can work through them, and also keep friends and family in the loop. Finally, check-in with the inner self as time goes on. Thank you for this class; I absolutely loved it.
