Self-Awareness Plan

         I plan to improve my self-awareness to become a better relationship partner for others through two different stages, those being reflection and application. The reflection stage encompasses documentation and journaling. At the end of each week, I will sit down and honestly write about how I communicated with others (how much talking versus actively listening did I do), how my attitudes were towards my relationships that week, and how I handled any disagreements. After getting all of it down on paper, I will contemplate on any patterns or needs of improvement that I notice so that I may move on to stage two. Stage two entails applying what I have learned and realized after contemplation to the next upcoming week. Through these two steps, I will be able to better grow and really implement the mindsets and lifestyle that was discussed within the class over the course of even just a month. However, this routine can and/or will continue on as needed.
