Samples of all three exercises

I showed a few different examples in the class for each exercise.. I did my own mental health pie chart in watercolor/ink and also in digital with my iPad.
I did the Younger Self exercise for my 30 year old self ( when I was first getting started with my art/ Etsy shop etc)
i also lettered the mantra You are ABSOLUTELY enough (which is one of my favorites!)
I hope others will be brave and post their own mental health Art Journaling!
