Looking back on the review I wrote for the Portugal vs Belgium Under-21 Euro match, I gave a lot of unnecessary information, and should've shortened some of my sentences and paragraphs.

In the headline, people could possibly click on the article thinking it was a senior international match, instead of the U21 Euros.

Going into extreme amount of detail can be very informative to readers of articles, but can pointless, especially if you are on a time/word limit.

Also, I should've devoted an entire article to the pre-match build-up, focusing on both teams' previous results ahead of the match, quotations used in the press conferences and detailing any injuries or suspensions. This would come in handy for working on a timer, as you (the journalist) can focus fully on the match itself.
