Recharge Your Creativity - Sketching in Alcohol Markers

This was great getting to see many techniques for working with and blending alcohol markers.  I hadn't used mine much, and this gave me more confidence to draw with them.

A few months ago I went to the animal shelter because I had seen a bunny posted online that was up for adoption.  I tried to go meet him, but he had just been adopted before I arrived.  I hope he found a wonderful new home, but I couldn't stop thinking about him so I drew some sketches loosely based off the photos posted of him by the shelter.  He looked so spunky!

The fur techniques shown in the red panda sketch were helpful for planning out my rabbits.  The first image I did with only greyscale markers to practice before I did the rest of the page in color.  The smaller bunnies are my own, and the big fluffy dog was drawn from a photo I took at an art festival.  I relied a bit too heavily on ink lines after I was done with the markers, but I still like the overall effect.  It's just a bit more sketchy and less polished looking
