I enrolled in THRIVE run by DOGBIZ, a membership for positive reinforcement dog trainers.  They teach you the business side of running a dog taining business.  I've made a playlist of at least 20 webinars about ''Websites'' and printed the slide handouts, and I'm going through each webinar and taking heaps of notes.  I won't be building my website myself but now, I know what I want and what it should be like.
