7. What are their top priorities in life? What goals do they most want to achieve, what duties do they consider the most important, and what problems do they most want to get rid of? (Phrase this in terms of the symptoms they know they have, not the root causes they might not know about.) A: They want to serve God through their businesses, and provide for and take care of their families through God’s guidance; they feel guilty for spending more time on their business than with their children, they feel overwhelmed, stressed out, and become short with their kids because of it. They worry about making ends meet and if some unexpected bill or expense might occur.

10. What obstacles are stopping them from solving this problem on their own? A: They don’t know that there is a viable option that will allow them to alleviate some of the time wasters in their business, thus freeing up time to do other things, reduce the stress, alleviate some of the guilt, and give them those precious moments with their kids.
11. How much do they know about your field, and how do they feel about it? (This determines how much you need to educate them before discussing your offer.) A: They do not know much about my field or how it would benefit them.
