I’m having a hard time with brush strokes drying as soon as I lay them down which is leading to difficulty adding in the other colours. I’m thinking the air is just really dry here right now as it’s winter and we have wood heat lol I tried getting the colour down quickly on a few tries and then ended up painting the shape of the flower with water first and then dropping in the colours which seemed to work better.
