My protagonist is a Mermaid named Aethenia (Ah-thee-nee-ah). She lives in a tropical lagoon connected to the ocean. Living in the Atlantean world of Laguna Tempest. She is the only one with a power in her family. She has the ability to write and make any wish come true, but with each wish she grants an individual they lose a year of their life, or someone they love gets ill. It is not reversible so they must be certain before going to her for help. The mermaid was born from a Nymph mother-Laoswannah (Lo-swan-uh)  and Merman father- Folagrex (Foe-Lah-Grecks). Her father died a tragic death in a storm on his way back home from a mission trip (her father was a writer- which is where her inspiration of writing comes from)  by the Sea God -Aran (Ah-rahn) Astral (Ah-Strawl) (who is also their enemy- the Antagonist). She has two siblings - one biological sister who is half Mermaid-half Nymph named Terianah (Tear-ree-ah-nah) (who is jealous of her sister's powers), and her adopted sister who is a Cecaelia (half human/half kraken(squid) named Ametirah (Ah-mee-tree-uh) (who is the Sea God's daughter). She falls in love also with the Sea God's son another Cecaelia named Alereyo (Ah-ler-ree-yoh) -. She has the ability to change certain things but the Sea God Aran Astral has the overall say in what can happen in the whole entire lagoon, and other bodies of water. Wanting revenge for her father's death she herself cannot make any wishes, only an individual can. Will she be able to have her revenge and will her love be able to be a possibility with both families being sworn enemies? This is the story to be written.
