- Your weekly calendar example

- Your task management system
- Google Docs and Google Sheets
Cool features of my Item Backlog spreadsheet
- Inspired by scrum product backlog, but it's used for personal/profesional items (it's similar to pb but I call it ib, item backlog)
- Only allows 100 items (rows), I mean it's my rule that I follow, not automated, if it gets more, I start to clean it up.
- Dupe order numbers get highlighted, so everything is prioitized nicely
- Includes order, item, type, status, timebox, and deadline columns
Something new I will add after watching your videos in this course:
- I am going to order the items and then sort by a to z as (I already do) so they update, however, I am going to be more aware that I need to focus on the 20 top items and narrow my focus to the top most item and do it and then more onto the next and so on, focusing on one item at a time unless it makes sense to not do one at a time or to automate and do them together.
